This tool is a long way from being complete. Feedback is not likely to help me improve it yet. Ideas are easier than making them real.
The source data is the population of English and Welsh LSOAs between 2002 and 2020 and the population of Scottish datazones from 2001 to 2020. A datazone is considered to be in a ring if its population weighted centroid is within it. An LSOA is considered to be in a ring if its population weighted centroid is within it.
