This is the first stage of a project by Thomas Forth with ODI Birmingham and ODI Leeds. It uses data from the Birmingham Data Factory. It just about works.

There is much more I want to do. It just has estimates of 2013 use now. It will have use in 2014 and 2015 when I get time and if I can raise money to do this. This took me about 10 hours.
